HOW TO MAKE SAMBAL JENGKOL

WE NEED:
  • 250 gr Jengkol
  • Chile
  • Onion
  • Garlic
  • Salt
  • Vegetable oil
  • Tiny fish
  • Masako
  • Chicken
  • Potato
  • Tomato
  • Celery
 DIRECTIONS:
  • Say basmallah
  • Peel jengkol and potatoes
  • Grind chilli together with onion, and garlic
  • Deep fry jengkol, potatoes, tiny fish and chicken
  • Fry the grinded seasoning about 3 minutes, add salt, mix briefly.
  • Insert fried jengkol, potatoes, chicken and then stir evenly.
  • Pour into a plate.
  • Put tomato slices and celery on the dish,
  • Tara.... sambal jengkol special is ready to be served
