HOW TO MAKE SAMBAL JENGKOL

WE NEED:
- 250 gr Jengkol
- Chile
- Onion
- Garlic
- Salt
- Vegetable oil
- Tiny fish
- Masako
- Chicken
- Potato
- Tomato
- Celery
- Say basmallah
- Peel jengkol and potatoes
- Grind chilli together with onion, and garlic
- Deep fry jengkol, potatoes, tiny fish and chicken
- Fry the grinded seasoning about 3 minutes, add salt, mix briefly.
- Insert fried jengkol, potatoes, chicken and then stir evenly.
- Pour into a plate.
- Put tomato slices and celery on the dish,
- Tara.... sambal jengkol special is ready to be served
